About me….
As an MSc-level positive psychology coach, I specialise in facilitating human flourishing and unlocking the potential for becoming our best selves. With expertise in future thinking and the imaginative processes that enhance present wellbeing and motivate future actions, I am dedicated to guiding individuals toward a more fulfilling life.
At the heart of my coaching practice is the creation of a sense of space and possibility for my clients. I focus on breaking free from entrenched mindsets and cultivating a sense of freedom and potential. This transformation sparks renewed energy, profound insights, and proactive steps towards your goals. I can help you envision potential futures and clear the path to make them attainable.
I can work with you as an individual or a couple to envision and connect with the life you truly desire. This approach can complement and enhance relationship therapy, providing a powerful tool for deepening connections and aligning future aspirations.
In addition to coaching, I am a practicing academic researcher on future thinking at the University of Edinburgh. My practice is firmly rooted in evidence-based methods, applying the latest research in psychology to ensure the most effective outcomes for my clients.
